Is your keyboard connected thru USB or PS/2?
If its thru USB try different USB ports and then restart the comnputer.

Anoither point:I had the same problem on my old machine that keybard started working really weird as well the mouse.I found it my CPU was overheating

use 5.10 or 5.11 for your graphic cards.Should work definately.
If you use LCD set the refresh rate to 60Hz.Some LCD have probems with diplayzing picture at 75Hz even they should without problems.

Did you get the LOW FPS where you are behind many cars?
If yes then its combination of the slow graphic card and your processor.

If you get this slow down also when you are just alone on the track then the most nottleneck does your graphic card.Its really not a good performer.

Dont use AA(can be found in drivers) with this card,set less details in LFS.

Sorry but you are wrong its not the DX10 hardware but its special chip on PCB thru which are going data to HDMI connector.That chip has special key which code the signal so it can meet the DRM requiremens.

There are already some cards around which have this chip and they are DX9.

This DRM is about those special chips and software implemantation.

I really dont want Vista after I have tried it.The interface is more complicated then Windows XP had and this will be an issue for most regular users.Vista just eats memory so for upcoming graphic orgy titles you will need like 2-4GB of memory because Vista can easily eat 400-500MB that was without any of program running in background.I can imagine the memory using could go easily with all these fences interfaces up to 1GB.Jesus....what si really Microsoft thinking.For me the Vista still looks liek a another fiasco.I think Microsoft is really quite aware about this thats why is delay by delay.

Looks at this for example. Microsoft made it clear that OpenGL support would only work as a layer sitting on top of Direct3D. There was going to be translation involved and thus a performance hit.They have changed their mind and OpenGL will now be natively supported in Vista without layering over Direct3D.

I think there will be more and more changes to Vista because Microsoft had too much visions but there was lack of looking back into the reality.

Seriously the point it rather that he cant still admit that he made obviously some wrong things so some part of comunity is really upset.I said already he could help devs much better just not giving it to his friends hands and give the aplication directly to Scawen.

There will be always holes as you cant achive 100percent vulnerability as it sometimes less time and sometimes longer time but its very important what approach will take the guy who has created something like that.

I will not bash n3o here and there because he at least found out a bit what this small aplication has caused and trying to fix it.

You are quite new so it seems you really dont know how the things are going here or in game exactly.you dont know who are the "old" guys with good reputation but you will learn yourself.

Tweak is for example the guy who created the template of LFS website its really rubbish to call him potential cheater or even someone linked with those creators of that cheat.

Its not as simple as you think.At the time S3 in the middle of the development that could be probably around 2008 almost all of the new sold computers will be already running Vista as OS.

This mean all the graphic hardware will be DX10 compatibile but rather DX10 native hardware.There was clearly stated that the graphic companies nor the Microsoft will provide support for Windows XP with DX10.It mean no drivers for WindowsXP at that time no DX10 for WindowsXP.
Its just almost impossible to integrate(at least it looks like that) DX10 into windowsXP because its fully rewritten API not like was DX8 to DX9.
It call different way the hardware.

So if Scawen dont want to let the LFS be lost in dust with less and less people buying it then he will have a problem probably not going with DX10.

Scavier need new customers to cover the cost of their daily life,cost of the all staff around LFS.You have to see it frok more angles.

I would rather see at least some DX9 staff in LFS around the start of 2007.It seems S2 could be finished before 2007,sure my pure speculation but it looks a bit logical.

P.S:I am a bit skeptical guy I agree but I would like to not see the all above to happen really.I have already tried the Vista and its total mess with all the changes and I even dont see them usefull for regular users who have even problem to unpack/pack a file into a zip file and other problems.I am daily deeling with people who have problems to work easily with current Windows XP.I dont see excuse for all the fency Vista staff and eating so much memory.My XP have after the start usually around 120-140MB nothing more.Vista had 400 at least:-(.
